I understand the decision to start therapy is not always an easy one, but I feel passionate about helping people better understand themselves and their relationships and strive to provide a safe space for this process.   I believe connection to ourselves and others is at the core of well being.  I provide therapy with an attachment and experiential framework.  This entails learning to understand emotions and be present and attuned to those emotions, both in the self and to others.

 About Me

I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2001 from James Madison University in Virginia and my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University in Texas.  I have been licensed in Texas as an LPC since 2007.  I have completed advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, as well as training and experience in Interpersonal Neurobiology, Trauma Focused CBT, substance abuse, attachment theory and  psychedelic  care. I am a wife and mother and life long learner who enjoys travel, hanging out with friends
